Paul established his first PTE in 1995 and is a founder and Director of Newton College of Business and Technology (NCBT) in Auckland.
He has represented PTEs at peak body forums from 2007 – 2014 including with NZQA and INZ and has been a spokesperson for PTEs specialising in International Students, insisting that both NZQA and INZ take responsibility for the state of the industry and the proliferation of poor quality providers.
He is a passionate advocate for PTEs as bastion of both quality and innovative educational development and delivery.
He is an experienced business person having owned engineering and consulting operations both in New Zealand and internationally.
He currently consults across a range of industry groups promoting the unique brand of performance management he has developed and refined at NCBT.
He currently guest lectures at AUT on Performance Management.
