You are invited to submit an application to host a trade stand at the ITENZ Annual Conference 2018, hosted by the Independent Tertiary Education of New Zealand (ITENZ) in Hamilton on the 11th and 12th September 2018.
By hosting a trade stand, you are given unique marketing and networking opportunities, and access to delegates from more than 100 private tertiary education providers and professionals. If you would like to extend your opportunity to influence delegates and spread your brand even further we have great sponsorship opportunities to support the event this year. Regular refreshments including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be held for all delegates at the exhibition area on both days. A range of keynote speeches and the Award Dinner will be in the same area also.
Exhibition stand includes:
- 2.4 x 1.8m display space for 2 full conference days
- 3 black Velcro walls 2.0m tall
- fascia sign with company name
- power and free Wi-Fi access
- 1.5m x 0.75m table and 2 chairs.
Stand fee: $2,400 plus GST

Refreshments for exhibitors:
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on each conference day.
Please note that there is also a cafe(Mavis Made to order) directly below the venue should you wish to take a coffee break while conference sessions are taking place.
Exhibitors attending the ITENZ Awards Dinner:
Conference exhibitors are welcome to attend the conference dinner on the 11th of September 2018. This would be an additional charge of $100 plus GST per person. Tickets can be purchased online when you register for your exhibition space.
Exhibition personnel receive two registrations to attend the conference.
Exhibition Hire is the contracted company to assist with the design and build of your customised exhibition stand. They have a great range of additional furniture and accessories if required. To order these, please contact Gwen Johnston directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
