The Quality Commission scheme is a public statement about the provider’s confidence in the quality of their services.
The Quality Commission scheme provides a complaints resolution service for students – a free and easily accessible service that respects the rights of students and of the provider.
When a provider joins the Quality Commission scheme they set themselves apart from other providers.
The Quality Commission brand is the mark of a mature and responsible provider.
Being part of the Quality Commission scheme is like taking insurance – if a provider gets things right they may never need it, but it’s a backstop for providers and their students.
