Andy leads the design, development and delivery of BCITO’s education strategy, with responsibility for learning design, academic quality, assessment, learner support and initiatives that improve equity and participation. BCITO is New Zealand’s largest provider of construction trade apprenticeships, supporting learners and employers to build the skills the industry needs. With extensive experience in vocational education and industry training, Andy is passionate about practical, high-quality learning and loves nothing more than seeing learners build confidence, develop their skills and succeed in their chosen trade.
